The M-30-1F48 is a specialty and forestry Accu-Flo radial nozzle featuring a .020 orifice with a 48-tube configuration, producing consistently uniform droplets in the 600–800 micron range. It shares the same orifice and application profile as the M-30-1F40 but with a higher tube count, providing greater flow capacity for applications requiring higher output at the same droplet size. Like all Accu-Flo nozzles, it is designed for helicopter use at speeds of 70 mph and below.

The Accu-Flo Radial Nozzle uses smooth-bore stainless steel needles manufactured to very tight ID tolerances, producing consistently uniform droplet sizes through surface tension. The streamlined design incorporates an internal check valve that helps prevent wind disturbance around the droplet emission point, which could otherwise shatter droplets into smaller, more drift-prone sizes. The nozzle is durable under normal use conditions and impervious to all commonly used chemical formulations.

The M-30-1F48 attaches using the M-30 Assembly for boom mounting, or the 8360-ADP or 2CV Assembly for TeeJet mounting.
