Superior Drift Control for Helicopters
The Accu-Flo™ Radial Nozzle is a precision spray nozzle engineered for applications where accuracy matters most. Its unique radial spray pattern delivers targeted coverage with exceptional control, making it a trusted choice for forestry, right-of-way, and agricultural operations worldwide.
Designed to perform at operating pressures as low as 20 PSI, the Accu-Flo nozzle provides consistent application while minimizing drift and waste. Its ability to maintain effective coverage at speeds of 50-70 mph makes it especially well-suited for helicopter spraying, helping operators achieve precise results in challenging environments.
About Accu-Flo Nozzles
The Accu-Flo™ Radial Nozzle produces a high percentage of uniform droplet sizes, delivering consistent coverage across a wide range of applications. Its versatile design makes it an effective solution for forestry, right-of-way, agricultural, and aerial spraying operations.
When operated within recommended pressure and airspeed ranges, the Accu-Flo nozzle provides reliable drift mitigation and accurate product placement, helping operators maximize effectiveness while minimizing off-target movement. Built for long-term performance, the durable nozzle body typically provides years of service under normal operating conditions and is compatible with all commonly used chemical formulations.
- Least drift-able fines of all nozzles
- Most uniform droplet distribution
- 12 Versatile cap styles are available
- Lightweight (2 oz ea)

Droplet size is determined by the specific nozzle used. In general, the larger the orifice tube, the larger the micron size of the droplet produced.
The range of micron sizes produced by each nozzle is listed in the Orifice Size and Range in Micron Size Chart. This information is based upon testing by a helicopter at speeds of 30 to 40 MPH.
The Accu-Flo™ Radial Nozzle is engineered to mitigate drift by producing highly uniform droplets for more precise application. Utilizing the principles of surface tension, liquid flows through smooth-bore stainless steel needles that consistently generate uniform droplet sizes, improving coverage and application accuracy.
Manufactured to exacting internal diameter tolerances, each needle produces a consistent droplet spectrum from nozzle to nozzle. The streamlined nozzle design also features an integrated check valve that minimizes airflow disruption at the droplet release point, helping prevent droplet breakup and reducing the formation of smaller, drift-prone droplets.

How to Choose an Accu-Flo Complete Assembly
- Decide what type of cap and needle is needed for your application. If unsure, the CP Quick Calculator can help you find the right match. The nozzle cap options are listed at the bottom of this page.
- Determine if an Accu-Flo nozzle will be attached to a TeeJet or a Boom. If using a TeeJet, you will need the 8360-ADP Assembly or the 2CV Assembly. If using a boom, you will need an M-30 Assembly.
- What size of restrictor do you prefer? Reference the Accu-Flo GPM Chart for restrictor options, and view the Accu-Flo Adapter and Restrictor Chart for available adapter and restrictor combinations.
- The adapter size is determined by how the nozzle is attached to a TeeJet or a boom. Refer to the Accu-Flo Adapter and Restrictor Chart for sizing details.
