Ground Application Nozzles
Change Flow Rates or Droplet Sizes with a Turn of the Dial. When drift is a factor, CP’s are the best choice and are available in both high and low volume versions. These nozzles generate an even spectrum of large droplets with few driftable fines through a wide range of pressures. Plus, you don’t need to carry around a bucket of tips!
CP Floater Nozzles, Turbos & Check Valve Combos
CP Floater nozzles work well for small grains, pastures, and hay fields. Designed for conditions where drift is a concern, these are excellent pre-emerge nozzles. All nozzle versions consist of 8 orifice flood nozzle flow rate selector plates. Plus, these nozzles come with a shut-off and three stainless steel deflection tips that can be customized to the customer’s choice.
Each stainless tip covers a specific orifice for proper pattern, i.e., the smallest deflector tip covers the smallest two orifices, the middle tip covers the three middle orifice sizes, and the largest tip will cover the largest three orifice sizes. Change rates quickly without carrying buckets of tips; turn the dial and keep working when conditions on the field change.
How Do They Work?
Once Settings are found, Turn the Dial to set the nozzle.
Turn the Deflector Tip Wheel to place the desired tip size. And turn the Selector Handle to place the desired orifice size for flow rate.

CP Streamer Accessory Tips
These accessory tips are ideal for fertilizer applications and fit all three volume versions of CP’s Sprayer Turbo Nozzle. The applicator pops them in, replacing any one of the turbo tips. Available in Five Stream and Triple Stream configurations, both tips are designed for 20″ spacing and at 14mph/40psi yield rates as low as 3.2 GPA to as high as 23.3 GPA. These rates depend on the volume nozzle and the orifice used.
