The M-30-1 is the highest volume nozzle in the Accu-Flo line, built for applications where maximum output is required. It features a .085 orifice with a 16-tube configuration, producing uniform droplets in the 4,000–4,500 micron range — the largest in the Accu-Flo lineup. Typical applications include government drug eradication programs and other specialty uses that demand high volume delivery. Like all Accu-Flo nozzles, it is designed for helicopter use at speeds of 70 mph and below.

The Accu-Flo Radial Nozzle uses smooth-bore stainless steel needles manufactured to very tight ID tolerances, which produces consistently uniform droplet sizes through surface tension. The totally streamlined design incorporates an internal check valve that helps avoid wind disturbance around the droplet emission point, which could otherwise shatter droplets into smaller, more drift-prone sizes. The nozzle is durable under normal use conditions and is impervious to all commonly used chemical formulations.

The M-30-1 is attached using the M-30 Assembly for boom mounting, or the 8360-ADP or 2CV Assembly for TeeJet mounting. See the Accu-Flo GPM Chart for restrictor options and flow rates at your operating pressure. All nozzle parts are replaceable for long service life.
