The CP-59-LS is CP’s low volume floater turbo nozzle, designed for pre-emerge floater applications on small grain, pastures, and hayfields where drift control is a concern. The poly body attaches to 3/4″ cam couplers and features a poly eight-orifice selector with sizes 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 24, and 30, allowing operators to quickly dial in the desired flow rate without changing tips. Standard stainless steel deflector tips are 7.5, 18, and 35, though any available tip size can be used with any orifice — the smallest tip covers the smallest two orifices, the middle tip the middle three, and the largest tip the largest three orifices.
The CP-59-LS generates consistent large droplets with few driftable fines and has flood nozzle flow rates ranging from 0.43 to 6.71 GPM at 30–50 psi. It works with 30″, 40″, and 60″ boom spacing, and mounting is recommended for 60″ centers or less with orientation between 0° and 45° upward of ground parallel. Custom tip sizes are available upon request, and a certified tip adaptor (CPF2751) allows any quarter-turn certified tip to be mounted onto the nozzle body in under a minute.
The CP-59-LS is an economical, versatile choice for floater operators who want to change rates quickly without carrying buckets of tips — just turn the dial and keep working. All floater nozzle parts are replaceable for long service life. Use the CP Quick Calc to find suggested orifice and tip settings for your target GPA.
