Aerial Triple Tip Series

The CP-11TT is CP’s original poly aerial triple tip nozzle and the most versatile nozzle in the CP aerial lineup. Unlike the selector-based 03 and 07/09 lines, the CP-11TT holds three customer-chosen tips simultaneously, allowing operators to quickly switch between flow rates and droplet spectrums without changing nozzles. Depending on tip selection, it can produce droplet spectrums ranging from very coarse to fine, and it is designed to work at any aircraft speed on both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. The CP-11TT is only sold with tips installed — see the CP-11TT Tip Chart to select the right tips for your application.

The poly body features a built-in 8° angle, and tips click securely into place with a detent spring and ball. Tips are color coded by flow rate for easy identification. For fixed-wing aircraft, flat fan tips offer the best drift mitigation and narrowest relative spans. For helicopter applications, 80° flat fan tips produce the droplet spectrums needed for herbicide and insecticide/fungicide work. The CP-06 Swivel accessory can be added to the CP-11TT for even more versatility, allowing the operator to angle the nozzle downward into the airstream in 15° increments from 0° to 90° to shift from larger to smaller droplet spectrums on the fly.

All nozzle parts are replaceable for long service life. Flow rates vary depending on the tips selected — use the CP-11TT Tip Chart to find flow rates for your specific tip configuration, and use the CP Quick Calc or the Aerial Nozzle Flowrates Reference for further application guidance.
