The CP-03-05 is a unique all poly variation in the standard 03 aerial nozzle line, distinguished by its 5-hole selector plate and the absence of a shut-off position. The additional .093 orifice gives operators a finer flow increment between the .078 and .125 sizes, providing more precise rate control for applications where that mid-range orifice is valuable. Like all nozzles in the 03 line, it performs best at aircraft speeds of 120 mph or less on both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.

The nozzle features an all-poly five-orifice selector plate with sizes of .062, .078, .093, .125, and .172. The poly 3-way deflector offers deflection planes of 30°, 55°, and 90°, each producing an even flat fan pattern. The 30° plane typically produces larger droplets suited for herbicide applications, while 55° and 90° produce finer droplets for insecticide and fungicide work. Note that this nozzle has no shut-off position on the selector.

The CP-03-05 is well suited for operators who want the extra orifice flexibility of the .093 size and are comfortable managing flow control at the boom or system level rather than at the nozzle.
