The CP-01-03 is CP’s original all stainless steel standard aerial nozzle, built for dependable performance across agricultural and forestry spray applications. The stainless steel body (CPA201), selector plate, and 3-way deflector provide exceptional durability and chemical resistance, making it the premium choice over poly alternatives for operators who demand long service life in demanding field conditions.
The nozzle features a four-orifice selector plate with sizes of .062, .078, .125, and .172 to precisely meter flow rates from 0.48 to 3.95 GPM at 30–60 psi. The 3-way deflector offers deflection planes of 30°, 55°, and 90°, each producing an even flat fan pattern. The 30° plane produces larger droplets well-suited for herbicide applications, while the 55° and 90° angles produce finer droplets for insecticide and fungicide work.
The CP-01-03 performs best at aircraft speeds of 120 mph or less on both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, covering a broad range of agricultural and forestry needs. All nozzle parts are replaceable, keeping maintenance costs low and equipment running season after season.
