The CP-65T-S is CP’s standard volume sprayer turbo nozzle and the most widely used nozzle in the sprayer turbo line. The glass-filled nylon standard quarter-turn quick change body adapts to new and existing sprayers without tools. It features a poly six-orifice selector with flat fan flow rates at sizes 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10, with poly deflector tips of 3, 7.5, and 10 — any tip can be used with any orifice. It produces a tight spectrum of large droplets with few driftable fines and provides selectable flow rates and droplet sizes in a single setting that would typically require at least six different hydraulic nozzles.
The CP-65T-S has a GPM range of 0.26 to 1.12 at 30–50 psi. It is recommended for 30″ centers or less with orientation between 0° and 45° upward of ground parallel. The wide range of droplet sizes allows flexibility to minimize spray drift near sensitive areas while still permitting appropriate droplet size selection for coverage-sensitive crop protection products. Uniformity of spectrum droplet sizes makes a high percentage of droplets available for dosage transfer, with minimal evaporation of small droplets and minimal spray volume in extremely large droplets that are less effective. The CPS2751 certified tip adaptor allows any quarter-turn certified tip to be mounted in under a minute.
The CP-65T-S is also available with the triple stream tip pre-installed as the CP-65T-S3 for liquid fertilizer applications. All sprayer parts are replaceable for long service life. Use the CP Quick Calc to find suggested orifice and tip settings for your target GPA.
