Quick Nozzle Info

High volume floater turbo combo nozzle with poly body, built-in air stop check valve, 8-orifice selector (5–60), and stainless steel deflector tips (7.5, 18, 35 standard). GPM range of 0.87 to 13.42 at 10–60 psi. All parts replaceable.
Ground Floater Series

The CP-109-HV-AS is the high volume air stop combo nozzle, combining the proven CP-109-HV floater design with an Air Stop Check Valve for the fastest possible shut-off on high volume floater equipment. The Air Stop system provides complete shut-off within seconds with no leaks or drips, requires no tools for field maintenance, and operates at lower air volume than pinch valves to reduce compressor wear. The poly body attaches to 3/4″ cam couplers and features a poly eight-orifice selector with sizes 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60. Standard stainless steel deflector tips are 7.5, 18, and 35, though any available tip size can be used with any orifice.

The CP-109-HV-AS generates consistent large droplets with few driftable fines and has flood nozzle flow rates ranging from 0.87 to 13.42 GPM at 10–60 psi. Operating air pressure for the Air Stop system should be between 20–40 psi higher than liquid pressure. Works with 30″, 40″, and 60″ boom spacing. Mounting is recommended for 60″ centers or less with orientation between 0° and 45° upward of ground parallel. Simple conversion kits are available for operators already using other CP nozzles.

The CP-109-HV-AS is the top-of-the-line high volume floater combo nozzle, offering all-in-one convenience with the fastest shut-off in the lineup. All parts are replaceable for long service life. Use the CP Quick Calc to find suggested orifice and tip settings for your target GPA.
