Quick Nozzle Info

Hard-coated anodized aluminum straight stream aerial nozzle with a Delrin 3-orifice selector (.061, .078, .125) and Delrin 3-way deflector (0°, 22.5°, 45°), designed for aircraft speeds of 120 mph and above. All parts replaceable.
Aerial Straight Stream Series

The Tri-Set (PN 26102) is a straight stream hydraulic aerial nozzle manufactured with hard-coated anodized aluminum for added strength and durability. It features three custom orifices and three deflection angles, with settings that depend on the operator’s preference for the specific application. It is well suited for both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters operating at speeds of 120 mph and above, and works well with insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and forestry applications.

The nozzle is built with a Delrin three-orifice selector plate with orifice sizes of .061, .078, and .125, and a Delrin straight stream 3-way deflector with angles of 0°, 22.5°, and 45°. The combination of orifice and deflection angle gives operators control over both flow rate and droplet spectrum from a single compact nozzle. Flow rates use the stainless steel body (CPA201) chart — see the Aerial Nozzle Flowrates Reference for orifice-specific flow rates at your operating pressure.

The Tri-Set is a proven choice for operators who want a durable, straightforward straight stream nozzle with a wider range of deflection angles than the standard 07 and 09 line. All nozzle parts are replaceable for long service life. Use the CP Quick Calc or the Aerial Nozzle Flowrates Reference to find the optimal orifice and pressure setting for your target GPA.
